| 摘 要： | 信息技术革命和现代服务业的深入发展共同催生了科技服务业.科技服务业作为科技与经济的交叉点,是科技与经济发展到一定阶段的必然结果.在当今我国大力发展现代服务业,从"制造大国"向"制造强国、服务大国"转变的过程中,科技服务业具有重要而关键的作用.正确认识我国科技服务业的发展现状以及与发达国家的差距,针对差距找出行之有效的发展途径,充分发挥科技服务业在提升我国科技综合实力和经济竞争力中的作用已经成为我们面临的一项重要的课题.运用投入产出方法从实证层面对我国科技服务业的产出进行分解分析,并通过与发达国家的比较找出差距,提出针对性的建议.
