加强和改进高职院校大学生思想政治教育有效途径的探讨

大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是民族的希望和祖国的未来。高校思想政治工作者必须思考"培养什么人"、"如何培养人"的问题。通过对高职院校学生的问卷调查,经过统计、分析,总结高职院校学生的思想特点,就如何切实加强和改进高职院校学生思想政治教育,为我国培养出高素质、高技能、应用型人才进行了探讨。

The Discussion about Effictive Ways of Strengthening and Improving Vocational College Students' Ideological and Political Education

College students are not only the valuable human resources of country,but also the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. The ideological and political workers in the college must think about "Who should be trained" and "How to train them". Based on questionaire survey of vocational college students,the paper sums up thinking characteristics of the students by statistical analysis methods. And then it makes a discussion on how to strengthen and improve vocational college students' ideological and political education,and train high quality,skilled and practical talents.
