摘    要:本科教学工作水平评估制度是监督高校办学方向和促进人才培养质量提高的关键措施。为此需要对制度本身以及实行该制度所带来的影响进行分析,这对于中国建立更加完善和有效的评估体系,全面提高本科教学质量具有重要的现实意义。在探讨实行本科教学工作评估制度意义的基础上,分析了现行制度本身主要存在的"评估主体单一性、评估时间周期性和评估结果裙带性"三个方面的问题,并提出了一些解决对策。

Abstract:The evaluation system of undergraduate programme teaching level is the key measure to supervise running school's direction of colleges and to promote the quality of fostering talent. The continuous perfection of the evaluation system can not remedy but to gloss over some defects of the system itself. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the system itself and the effect of carrying out the system. This is the realistic importance of China's establishing more perfect and effective evaluation system and of improving undergraduate programme teaching quality generally. Based on probing into the meaning of carrying out the evaluation system of undergraduate programme teaching the paper analyzes three main problems existing in current system. They are the monotonicity of the evaluation body, the cyclicity of the evaluation time and the connection of the evaluation result. Meanwhile the paper puts forward the solution towards the questions.
