教师专业化与教师教育课程改革

教师专业化已成为当今世界教师职业发展的共同趋势。与此同时,通过教师教育改革全面提高教师素质,促进教师专业发展,也成为当今世界各国推进教师专业化进程的主要措施之一。通过围绕教师专业化的目标,从我国教师教育改革出发,探索教师职前教育,主要是高师教育的课程改革。可在对我国高师课程设置及实施现状的分析中,指出我国高师教育课程设置普遍存在的问题,并就进一步深化高师课程改革提出构想。
