| 摘 要： | 创新能力已经成为新世纪人才素质要求的核心之一。教师作为教学活动的组织者和引路人,应当如何组织教学、规范言行、激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生创新能力、赢得学生的信任和喜爱。针对高校体育教学目标、课堂结构、教学内容、教学手段、教学方法、课内外竞赛、课外活动、师资队伍等方面对培养学生创新能力的方法进行探索。

| Abstract: | Creativity has become one of the cores of talent's quality in new century.And a teacher,as organizer and guide in teaching activities,should organize the teaching programs,prescribe their words and deeds,whip the students' interest,train the students' creativity and win the trust and favor of the students.This thesis will probe into aspects as aim of university physical education, structure of classes,content of course,teaching artifice and method,contest in and out of class,extracurricular activities and construction of teachers. |
