Problems and Countermeasures on the Development of the Private Corporation in China

Private corporation have developed greatly since reforming and opening of China, whose effect is getting more and more important in national economy. But because of the interfering factors inside and outside the private corporation, there are still many problems. In this article we try to search a way to develop them better by investigating the actuality, status and effect of the private corporations in China.
