高校仪器设备共享平台建设的实践探索

没有一流的实验室,就没有一流的学科,而一流的实验室,必须有一流的仪器设备。近年来,随着重点学科和教学、科研工作需要,各高校相继添置了大量先进贵重仪器设备,但在大型仪器设备使用与管理过程中存在着一些问题,主要是共享机制不够和使用效益不高。本文分析阐述了当前高校大型仪器设备管理现状与存在的主要问题,就大型仪器设备共享平台建设的必要性、共享机制、实验技术队伍建设、运行管理措施和保障支撑体系等方面进行了初步探讨与研究,旨在促进高校优质资源开放共享,实验室高效运行。

Practical Exploration of Construction of an Open-sharing Platform for Instruments and Equipment in Colleges and Universities

In recent years,with the development of key disciplines,teaching,and scientific research,colleges and universities have acquired a large number of advanced valuable instruments and equipment.However,there exist some problems in the use and management of these large-scale instruments and equipment.The main problem is that the sharing mechanism is not sufficient enough and the utilization efficiency is not high enough.This paper analyzed the present status and main problems in the management of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges,and made a preliminary study and research of the necessity,sharing mechanisms,experiment technician team construction,operation and management measures and protection support system,aiming to promote the open-sharing of the resources and increase the utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.
