| 摘 要： | 研究性思政工作团队的本质在于创新,它能够有效回应高职院校对于创新型思想政治教育工作者的呼唤。本文具体从“学院战略认识的达成”、“团队共同愿景的培育”以及“思政交流平台的搭建”三个方面对如何构建高职院校的研究性思政工作团队进行探讨。
