| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆既是图书馆系统的重要成员，也是高校的重要组成部分。高校图书馆应该借鉴企业的知识管理经验，实现从图书实体管理向图书知识管理转变，使高校内部获取、传递、推广利用图书知识的流程简洁明了，以提升本单位的综合竞争力。
