论公共教育政策视角下的城乡教育资源配置

阐述了由于城乡二元的社会经济结构导致的城乡教育二元化,最终导致城乡间教育的不平衡。分析了城乡教育不公平差距的存在和持续拉大是我国当前教育公平发展所面临的严峻现实,同样制约着社会的公平正义的发展。指出政府作为公共教育政策执行主体,就要从公正的角度对教育资源进行合理配置,同时对乡村薄弱地区予以补偿和照顾。

On Urban and Suburban Education Resource Configuration under the Viewpoint of Public Education Policy

It is clarified that urban and suburban social economy structure leads to urban and suburban education duality,that is,the imbalance between urban and suburban education.It is analyzed that the exist and continuing enlarging of unfair difference between urban and suburban education are grim reality of the current education fair development in China and it also influences the social fair development.It is pointed out that the government,as a body part of public eudcation policy implementation,should set the education resource from a fair angle reason-ably and compensate and take care of the weak suburban area.
