中世纪西欧城市市民社会论要

中世纪西欧城市市民社会的形成,是在西欧封建社会的特有社会结构中,以自由人为主体的工商业经济关系得以独立发展,并成为城市社区经济基础的结果。这一社会共同体虽然寄生于封建体系之内,但它始终游离于封建的主体体制之外,具有自己的内在品格。同时,它为近代市民社会的形成提供了诸多基本的社会因素和资源。

On Mediveal West European City Civil Society

The emergence of civil society in West European cities in the Middle Ages was the result of the independent development of industry and trade, where free men made the dominant part, and which became the basis of the city economy. Although a part of the feudal system, this social community was always divorced from the main system. This community had its own characters and provided social elements and resources for a modern civil society.
