| 摘 要： | 素质教育是当前我国教育改革的主要方向。高校体育肩负着大学生身体健康,并培养其掌握健身知识、方法,使其终身受益的重任,在高校体育教学中如何结合健康教育的内容是每一位体育工作者值得研究的课题,这对推动教学改革,促进学生身心健康全面发展有着积极的影响作用。

How to integrate the health education with PE Courses is a valuable topic to carry out some research, for it can foster the teaching reform and be conducive to students both physically and mentally. |
