Investigation and Analysis of Coaches' Present Status in Sichuan University Competitive Aerobics

It investigates the present status of competitive aerobic coaches of universities and higher institutes in Sichuan.It finds that their education level is reasonable;their age is young;their training attitude is active,but less special;the professional skill and training level should be improved further;the training method is simple,lacking creative ability;their scientific research ability is low and their training level is behind athletes' developing requirement.
