北京市中小学体育教师培养学生非智力因素现状的研究

摘    要:采用问卷法对北京市 1 4个区县 1 4 0所中小学的 1 2 6名体育教师培养学生非智力因素的认知态度、教育措施和培养效果满意程度进行了研究分析。结果表明 ,北京市中小学体育教师在培养学生非智力因素的各维度上都达到或接近比较满意的结果 ,城近郊区与远郊区县的体育教师之间没有显著差异 ;体育教师培养学生非智力因素的认知态度对他们选择具体的教育教学措施有显著影响

Abstract:By adopting questionnaire method, the author studied the cognitive attitude, educational activities and satisfaction of 126 teachers in Beijing toward non\|intelligent factors improvement of students in physical education The results shaw that the teachers' cognitive attitude, educational activities and satisfaction have been attained"satisfaction"level, and no significant difference exists between teachers' scores in schools of city or skirt and those in schools of outskirts. It is proposed that teachers' cognitive attitude toward non\|intelligent factors improvement of students has significant influence on their educational activities
