| Abstract: | As a new trend of deepening system reform of higher education management,career guidance in universities enbodies a new function of higher education.As career guidance is a new task for universities in our country,we lack ready experiences to use as reference.By consulting the theory of the management and exploitation of modern human resources,this paper tries to debate the issue of career guidance for university students from three aspects: the basic rule,the basic content and the basic model of operating. |
