| 摘 要： | 由于与信息技术捆绑在一起的能力具有稀缺性、难以模仿性和不可替代性，能为企业带来竞争优势甚至持续竞争优势，从而提高企业绩效本文试图研究如何运用IT技术获取竞争优势的架构与路径的方法，使企业可以从竞争优势驱动型、IT能力驱动型、战略驱动型三条路径中选择可行的路径运用I能力获取竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Because of the ability tied together with Information technology is scarce,hard copying and irreplaceable.It can bring competitive advantages even for sustainable competitive advantage,so it can improve enterprise' performance This paper studies the way and framework of the use of IT technology to obtain a competitive advantage.So the enterprises can use the three possible paths of Competitive edge-driven,IT-driven capabilities,Strategy-driven to obtain a competitive advantage. |
