“蹴球”运动在高校体育教学中推广的可行性研究

蹴球运动有着悠久的历史和显著的民族文化特征，是中华民族传统体育的瑰宝，是全国少数民族传统体育运动会的正式比赛项目之一。通过对蹴球运动在高校体育教学中推广的可行性进行分析，蹴球运动对场地、器材要求不高，而且趣味性、娱乐性强；蹴球运动不但可以丰富教学资源，还有利于提高学生的身心健康和综合素质的提高。说明民族传统体育蹴球运动在高校体育教学中推广是可行的。

Feasible Study on Promotion of Cuqiu Sport in College Physical Education Teaching

The Cuqiu sport has the glorious history and the remarkable national culture characteristic, it is the Chinese traditional sports treasure, and one of national minority sports games. Through making feasible analysis on promotion of Cuqiu in college physical education teaching, this paper finds out that the Cuqiu movement to the lo- cation and the equipment request is not high, moreover has high interesting and entertaining. Not only the Cuqiu sport may enrich the teaching resources, but also is advantageous in enhancing student＇s physical and moral integrity and the synthesis quality enhancement. It shows that the promotion of Cuqiu, a national traditional sport event, in college physical education teaching is feasible.
