教练员考核制度的相关问题探讨

摘    要:考核工作是检查教练员在平时训练是否合理,并且根据训练计划工作,考核教练员是否在规定的时间内达到计划的节点目标。考核指标是教练员平时训练工作的指南,考核指标设置的是否合理决定了考核工作是否科学的首要前提。本文通过对教练员考核制度的考察,深入分析了当前教练员考核工作存在的问题。并在此基础上设计了教练员考核指标体系,使得对教练员的训练工作评价更为客观、公正和准确。

Abstract:The examination work usually inspects the coach whose training work is reasonable or not and achieves the plan in the stipulation time based on their daily work. The examination target is the training work guiding for coach. The reasonable examination target establishment is the premise to decide the examination work scientifically. Through investigating the examination system, this paper deeply analyzed the existing problems of current coach' s examination work and designs the examination target system based on it in order to make more objective evaluation on coach's training work.
