| 摘 要： | 本文针对留学生信息服务需求调查结果,分析了高校图书馆获取信息过程中所存在的障碍和问题,探讨以留学生信息需求为导向,以留学生需求特征为基础,在资源建设、技术支持、服务方式、服务内容以及服务质量反馈评估等多个工作维度共同改善,设计符合留学生需求特征的多维度留学生信息服务工作模式,最终提升高校图书馆的国际化服务能力。
