| Abstract: | This thesis begins with a discussion on the Trial Plan on Removing Initial Criminal Record for Minors proposed firstly in China by the Chang'an People's Court of Shijiazhuan City and, with reference to the legislative and judiciary experience of other countries,makes an exposition on the significance and basis of constructing a system of removing the initial criminal record for minors and sets forth my personal proposals on the matter. |
