| 摘 要： | 美国慈善法人制度较为完善,运行效率高.美国慈善组织的设立和其决策机制、执行机制、自我监督机制,对完善我国慈善组织制度具有重要启示.我国应借鉴美国慈善法人制度的经验,通过降低准入门槛,完善治理结构,健全负责人机制和监督机制,建立合理的薪酬机制,推动慈善事业的发展.

| Abstract: | American charitable legal system is quite perfect with high operating efficiency. The establishment, decision-making, execution and self-supervision of American charity organizations have a great inspiration to Chinese charitable organizations. We thus, should learn from them, strive to improve our charity industry by lowering the access threshold, perfecting the management, establishing the system of responsibility and building the reasonable compensation system. |
