| 摘 要： | 农村体育场地设施作为公共产品应由公共财政提供。在分析我国农村体育场地设施投入现状的基础上,运用公共财政理论就新农村建设过程中体育场地建设的投入问题进行了理论与现实的分析,认为应建立以中央和地方政府为主导的多元农村体育场地设施投入机制。

| Abstract: | The sports facility in countryside as the public goods should be invested by the public finance.On the basis of analyzing the condition of the investment on the sports facility in countryside,the paper has analyzed the input for the sports facility construction in countryside on the way of constructing new countryside from the view of theory and reality by applying the public finance theory,and then it considers that we should set up the multiple investment system lead by the central and local government. |
