| 摘 要： | 采用调查法、文献资料法、数量统计分析法等方法,对参加2009年青少年水球锦标赛的运动员身体形态条件、专项素质、比赛情况等进行调查分析,深入剖析我国青少年水球后备人才的特点及存在的问题,并进一步提出我国水球后备人才发展思路与对策,为我国培养水球后备人才提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of investigation,documentation and statistical study,the paper explores the body shape conditions,special qualities and game performance of teenage polo tournament athletes who participated in 2009 World Water Polo Championship,and further analyzes the features and existing problems in the talent reserve of juvenile water polo event.And then,it proposes solution for the issue so as to provide references to the talent pool of the event. |
