淮北市中学体育教师入职教育的现状与对策分析

文章运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,以终身教育理论、教师教育理论为依据,对淮北市中学体育教师入职教育的现状进行调查和分析,并针对淮北市体育教师入职教育存在的问题提出了相应的对策,以期为当地中学体育教师入职教育提供一些参考与建议。

On the Current Conditions and Countermeasure of P.E. Teachers' Vocational Education in Huaibei Middle Schools

With the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and others,with the evidence of lifelong education theory and teacher education theory,the paper does survey and analysis on the vocational educaiton conditions of middle school P.E. teachers in Huaibei,and according to problems in their vocational education,the paper offers some countermeasures,hopes to provide some references and suggestions for local middle school P.E. teachers vocational education.
