| 摘 要： | 用现象学"本质直观"、"先验还原"法观照健身气功教学的审美要素及价值。认为:"本质直观"健身气功教学的技术特征为"心息相依,意形相随,动缓息长",其技术本质是蕴涵美的"情感性";"先验还原"教学过程则体现"行气"之原初性,即要经过腹式呼吸之纯粹意识,以上两个教学环节则是产生审美之要素。在此基础上,才会使练习者感知健身气功是现象中的一种独特审美对象,通过教学练习带来"立象以尽意"的审美意象,凭借"三调合一"这个直观的审美经验来感受,最终实现"舞"与"导"的具有"现象学美学"特征的审美价值。
