| 摘 要： | 体育赛事运作过程中签订的一系列合同是防范体育赛事风险的重要法律形式。分析了体育赛事合同的特点和法律适用,提出赛事合同是无名、双务有偿、主体特殊,内容丰富等特点及其适用的法律规范,对体育赛事合同的完善和适用具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | The series of contracts which signed in the process of operation of sports event is an important legal form to prevent sports event risk.The essay analyzes the characteristics and application of the law of sports event contract,and puts forward that sports event contract is indefinable,bilateral and onerous,special in subject,rich in context,and applicable in legal norm,which may provide references for the perfection and application of sports event contract. |
