对新乡市高校女教师体育锻炼现状的调查与分析

文章采用文献资料、问卷调查、访问调查、数理统计等研究方法,对新乡市高校女教师体育锻炼行为特征进行了调查与研究。结果表明,新乡市高校女教师健康自评状况不容乐观;体育人口数量偏低,大大低于34.3%的全国科教文人员体育人口值;体育锻炼的态度虽比较正确、积极,但同时"高知低行"的现象也比较严重;参加体育锻炼的动机各不相同,呈现多样化,具有鲜明的性别色彩,但尚未形成终身体育的概念,参与体育活动的健身娱乐动机依然占主导地位。

For the Xinxiang City College Female Teachers in Physical Exercise Investigation and Analysis of the Status
