| 摘 要： | 全国普通高校试办高水平运动队至今已经20多年了,并取得了可喜的经验和辉煌的成绩,但是在欣喜之余,我们应该清醒的认识到高校高水平运动队也存在着很多发展上的问题和困难,如何处理好这些矛盾是高校高水平运动队今后发展必须正视并解决的问题。本文针对这些问题进行分析研究,提出相应的发展战略,旨在保证我国普通高校高水平运动队的健康可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Schooling-running sport team of China's higher education institute has more than 20 years history,and achieved gratifying experiences and brilliant achievements.However,we should soberly realize that there are many problems in the development of these teams.How to handle these contradictions has to been addressed for the future development.This paper aims at analyzing these problems and puts forward corresponding development strategy to ensure the sustainable development of these teams. |
