摘    要:市场营销专业的实训应根据实训教学目的,结合课程特点选找目标企业,研究对方需求,有偿为企业进行营销调研或策划推广。这样可以更有效提高学生的综合素质,提高教师的学术水平,树立学校品牌,提升实训效果,实现校企共赢。

Abstract:Regarding to practical training of marketing,the university should choose the targeted enterprise and work on their requirements in the light of the courses features,in accordance with the teaching aim and offer paid work in the fields of marketing research,planning and promotion.Therefore,students' comprehensive qualities and teachers' academic level will be improved and university brand will be created.Through enhancing the effect of practical training,win-win between university and enterprise will be realized.
