关于跳远踏跳动力效应的探讨

摘    要:本文采用摄影与测力同步方法,对跳远踏跳进行了测试。经分析认为:跳远踏跳的垂直支撑时相(临界点)并不是现行田径教材中所阐述的膝关节最大缓冲处。而是水平力由负向正转换处,力值为零点。它基本上对应于踝的最大缓冲和质心水平速度最低点。制动力与动力段的比例为2:1。踏跳动作的实质是创造垂直速度的过程。

Abstract:Pholographical and dynamometrical analyses of the takeoff step in long jump showed that the knee joint is not cushioned to the maximum degree at the critical point of vertical support as described in current athletic textbooks. Rather,at this point the horizontal force is changing from negative to positive and is valued at zero. With the centre of mass moving at the lowest horizontal speed,it is the ankle that is cushioned to the maximum degree. At this point the braking force is twice as big as the motivationg force. The takeoff is in essence an action that creates vertical speed.
