| 摘 要： | 通过实证研究,分析了新产品研发质量策划、知识过程与研发绩效之间的相互作用机理和作用路径。研究结果表明,新产品研发质量策划对知识过程有显著的直接正向影响,并通过知识过程对研发绩效产生显著的间接正向影响;知识过程是新产品研发业务流程中的核心过程,对研发绩效产生显著的直接正向影响。

Research on the Relationship between Quality Planning ,Knowledge Process and New Product Development Performance |

| Abstract: | An empirical research is conducted to explore the mechanism and path of the interaction between quality planning,knowledge process and new product development performance.The findings indicate that the quality planning is directly positively related to knowledge process and thereby influences the performance of new product development.Knowledge process which acts as the core of business process in new product development,is directly positively related to new product development performance. |
