主导竞技能力

提出并研究了主导竞技能力.主导竞技能力是运动员在参赛中起支配、决定性作用的运动能力,是运动员所承载的竞技能力的主要矛盾及其主要方面,是运动训练中发展竞技能力和监控训练质效的关键与核心.主导竞技能力不等同于竞技能力的主导因素,它是从竞技能力作为整体性质与功能的视角,运用主次矛盾分析原理,辨析出的构成竞技能力关键与核心的运动能力;竞技能力的主导因素是根据不同运动项目在竞技能力中体能、技能、战术能力、心理能力及运动智能的某一部分的作用程度而提出的主导因素,并以此作为项目分类依据之一,并构建了相关项群的训练理论.竞技能力的部分因素、相互关系及其主导竞技能力可以通过手势模型进行简单形象的表达.
