| 摘 要： | 运用访谈、问卷调查等方法对体教结合培养模式下的高水平运动队的内部运行机制进行研究,从“模式”与“机制”之间契合的角度来进行深层次的探讨,展望“体教结合”的走向。结果显示：体教结合培养模式在教育和体育系统的一条龙培养体系中,普遍存在着生源、文化教育、教练员业务能力、科研水平不足等方面问题。

| Abstract: | By the method of interview investigation,questionnaire,inquiring into the "combining sports with education"the inside operating mechanism of top level sport teams,analysis to discuss the "pattern"and "mechanism" from the conforming to,and look into the trend of "the combining sports with education",forecast the trend of combination of sports with education.The result indicated that:The model has many problems,such as source channel、education、trainer ability、research. |
