| 摘 要： | 当前我国大学生就业情况十分严峻，就业难现象已成为不争的事实，因此正确对大学生就业难现象进行分析研究，找出大学生就业难的原因，是解决大学生就业难的根本途径。文章主要从影响大学生就业难的内因外因分析，提出了解决大学生就业难的应对策略，帮助大学毕业生顺利就业。

| Abstract: | Currently the employment of university students in our country is very rigorous. The difficult phenomenon is undisputable. Therefore, it is the fundamental approach to resolve the employment of university students in the difficult phenomenon by carrying on the analytical research and finding out the reason to the employment of university students in the difficult phenomenon. This essay mainly aims at analyzing the effect from inside and outside aspects to definitely put forward the strategy and countermeasure on the employment of university students in the difficult phenomenon and help the university graduate students obtain the employment successfully. |
