| Abstract: | With personnel guarantee contract being used generally,people begin to pay regard to the legal problem gradually which the personnel guarantee contract results in.the thesis analyses the definition,the law nature and rationality of personnel guarantee contract and makes explorations into the measures which restrain personnel guarantee contract in order to secure the personnel guarantee contract taking effect. |
