影响青少年乒乓球运动员发展的因素分析——以河南省为例

以河南省青少年竞技乒乓球运动员为研究对象，采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等，探讨了河南省乒乓球运动员的训练情况、有偿训练的能力、竞赛现状及运动员的训练信心等方面。研究表明：运动员的训练时间安排比较合理，但训练质量不够理想；从事训练的人数较多，但训练和比赛的费用多由运动员个人支付，后备人才流失严重；运动员对今后的出路和流向有较为明确的认识，多数学生表示希望进入专业队；运动员希望经常参加比赛，但目前的比赛制度对缺乏经验的运动员发展不利。

Analysis on Factors Affecting the Development of Youth Competitive Table Tennis Players --Taking Henan Province as an Example

Taking Henan youth competitive table tennis player as research object, by using references, interview and questionnaire methods, statistical methods, logic analysis, this paper discussed the training of table tennis players in Henan province, paid training, competition situation and confidence in the training and so on. The re- sult indicates that training time arrangement is reasonable, but training quality is not reasonable; there is many of training player engaged, but the costs of training and competition is paid by players, the reserve talent loss se - rious, most students hope to enter professional team, and often participate in competition, but current competition system is adverse for inexperienced players development.
