| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法，界定了山东省高校体育教育专业田径教师教学能力的组成要素，对山东省高校体育教育专业田径教师的教学能力进行了全面的调查，针对现阶段各要素中存在的主要问题，提出促进教学改革，提高教学质量的建议。
