| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资对我国经济产生了深远影响,带动了我国出口的上升和产出的增加。虽然我国已经吸引了大量的外资,但根据中国的经济规模和经济发展水平,中国在吸引外商直接投资方面还有很大潜力。要继续发挥中国吸引外资的潜力,需要加强司法建设,对外资实行国民待遇,对外资开放融资,进一步全方位开放投资领域。

| Abstract: | Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)have been affecting China's economy. It promotes export and output. According to China's economy size and development level , china has great potential in attracting FDI. In order to exert this potential , china should strengthen the legal system, treat foreign firm as citizen, supply better financial services for foreign firms, open more investment field to foreign investment. |
