| 摘 要： | 通过测定龙舟运动员的身体形态机能、生理和生化等指标。结果显示：龙舟运动能增强运动员心脏机能，肺活量和上肢、腰腹力量。旨为我国龙舟运动科学选材、训练及技术发展，提供理论参考依据。
