Students of P.E.Department in collges and universities need to foster their abilities to teach gymnastics,which embrace the eight aspects as follows:to compile the teaching contents,to demonstrate and explain lessons,to direct the students freely,to instruct students to master sporting skills,to master the ability to teach,to grasp some theories and explain them,to organize extracurricular activities and train the students,and to organize competitions and act as a referee.
