| 摘 要： | 腐败的滋生和蔓延对反腐制度建设提出了挑战，创新机制依法反腐是时代发展的要求。为此，一要创新制度的制定机制，确保反腐制度的科学性；二要完善制度体系，强化制度体系的系统性；三要创新制度的执行机制，提高反腐制度的执行力，以科学的制度和强有力的执行预防和惩治腐败。

| Abstract: | The spread of corruption has posed a challenge on anti-corruption system construction and innovation mechanism, in accordance with the law against corruption is the requirement of era development. To this end, we should do three things: firstly, innovating mechanism for the establishment of system to ensure scientific of the anti-corruption system; secondly, we need to improve the system to strengthen the system systematically; thirdly, we have to innovate performing mechanism to improve the implementation of anti-corruption regime with the scientific system and strong enforcement to prevent and punish corruption. |
