对奥运会志愿者的含义及特征进行深入的分析,并采用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法对奥运会志愿者的激励因素进行比较客观、全面的分析,探讨在2008年奥运会志愿者激励管理中可能出现的一些问题;通过借鉴悉尼、雅典两届奥运会志愿者激励措施所取得的成功经验,对2008年北京奥运会如何激励志愿者工作积极性提出建议。

Inspiring Countermeasures to Volunteers for 2008 Olympic Games

This article deeply analyses the meanings of Olympic volunteers and characteristics.Moreover,it objectively and completely analyses the inspiring factors by the methods of documentary review,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,and approaches into some possible problems in the 2008 Olympic volunteers'inspiring management.It also draws on the successful experience of Sydney Olympic Games and Athens Olympic Games in the aspect of volunteers'inspiring management,to provide the advice on how to effectively inspire the working activeness of the volunteers.
