| 摘 要： | 随着社会观念的变革与经济的发展，法国、英国、德国、美国、澳大利亚等发达国家日益重视本国的幼儿教育，不仅免费的公立教育向3岁以下幼儿延伸，而且政府加大了对托幼机构的财政投入，以期促进社会公平、性别平等与国家人力资源的储备。这对我国幼教事业改革有着重要启示，我国政府应加强对幼教体制的宏观调控与财政支持。
