| Abstract: | The farmers are the main part in the building of new socialist countryside. The quality improvement of farmers is the intellectual resources and driving force to the sound development of intermediary organizations. To improve the quality of farmers has become a top priority, we can take these ways including focus on the ty, guide farmers to shift from the concept and strive to the organization training and education system and so on. |
