世界优秀男女中长跑运动员身体形态与机能特征的研究

运用文献资料法、特征解析法和数理统计等方法,对世界优秀中长跑运动员的身体形态与机能特征进行研究。研究显示:中长跑运动员的四肢和躯干形态呈瘦、窄、小特征,虽然女子运动员的髂宽/肩宽指数要比男子运动员大一些,但两者的髂宽/髋宽指数并没有表现出明显的专项和性别差异;但随着竞赛距离的增加,中长跑运动员的髂宽/肩宽指数和髂宽/髋宽指数则呈递增趋势;男女运动员的肺活量指数、肺活量/体重指数和最大摄氧量相对值与竞技水平之间并不存在线性关系。

Study on Character of Physical Type and Efficiency of Middle and Long Distance Elites

Study on the character of the body type and body efficiency of middle and long distance elites by methods of documents, character analysis and statistics. The results show that the body type embody a slender , narrow and shorter type . Though the index of ilium wide/the shoulder wide of female elites is more than that of the male elites , but the index of ilium wide/the hipbone wide of male elites has not shows a difference obviously in the special event and the sexual distinction ; With the increasing of race distance , the index of ilium wide/the shoulder wide and the index of ilium wide/the hipbone wide of middle and long distance female elites embody a trend of increase progressively .The index of the vital capacity of lung , the index of vital capacity of lung/body weight and the index of maximum oxygen in-take have not a linear relationship .
