我国优秀运动队文化教育现状与发展研究

高度专业化的竞技运动离不开文化教育的支撑，从 ５０年代起我国优秀运动队 及其文化教育就如影随形，文化教育为竞技运动的发展作出了显著的贡献。在经济体 制变革的新形势下，源于旧体制的现行优秀运动队文化教育工作面临严峻的挑战。优 秀运动队文化教育机构应顺应教育多元化的趋势，重新确立自己的定位，重点发展基 础教育，高等教育部分则应实事求是，走联合、合作之路。

A study on the Present Situation and Development of the Elementary Education in the Top Sports Teams of Our Country

Vital to the development of high-specialized competitive sports, the elementary education has been closely combined with our top sport teams and has made remarkable con- tributions to the development of competitive sports. With the transformation of economic system, the elementary education originating from the old system is being faced with severe challenges. With universities and colleges offering the education to the top sport teams, the existing educational institutions should orient themselves to the new conditions, and attach great importance to basic education, while the section in charge of higher learning should practically take a united or Cooperative way.
