非物质文化遗产石锁在高校的PDCA模式保护实践

高校进行非物质文化遗产的保护和传承是民族文化复兴的迫切要求，石锁运动2011年已成为国家级非物质文化遗产，广泛流传于华东和华中地区，江苏省民间石锁活动尤为活跃。通过与民间石锁传承人共同研究，践行高校文化教育和传承的职能，运用现代管理学的pdca循环模式进行教学管理使石锁运动技术在高校中得到较为完整的传承，并从文化保护、研究与创新及社会普及与推广进行了有效的探索。生产和发展是最好的传承，运用质量管理方法是其在校园中进行可持续传承的有效方法，利用高校的文化桥梁作用，让非物质文化遗产走向世界，充分发挥高校服务于地方经济和文化的功能，中华民族优秀的古老体育文化必将历久弥新，普惠社会。

The Practice of PDCA Mode of Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Stone Lock in the Colleges and Universities

Protecting and developing non-material cultural heritage is an urgent requirement for universities. Stone Lock was protected as national non-material cultural heritage in 2011. The sport of Stone Lock has become widespread in eastern and central China, especially active in Jiangsu folk. Through joint research with civil Stone Lock heritors, practice college cultural education and heritage functions, the paper uses modern management PDCA cycle mode to analyze Stone Lock sport technology teaching management in colleges and universities, to get a more complete heritage and cultural protection, research and innovation and social popularization and promotion. Production and development are the best inheritance, the use of quality management methods is an effective way of sustainable development of non-material cultural heritage in campus. It is needed to use the cultural role of universities as a bridge, to have the intangible cultural heritage to the world, give full play of the colleges and universities to serve the local economic and cultural function, and have the ancient sport of the fine Chinese culture to benefit modern society.
