特色学校校园足球政策执行力评价指标体系研究

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、数理统计法等研究方法，界定了校园足球政策执行力的相关概念，并依照条件—方式—结果的逻辑框架，以科学性、全面性、可操作性为原则，围绕执行能力、执行资源、执行流程、执行成效构建了包含4个一级指标、9个二级指标、26个三级指标以及64个四级指标的校园足球政策执行力评价指标体系。最后，运用层次分析法确定了各个指标的相对权重，并对计算方法作了详细说明。

Evaluation Index System of School Football Policy Execution in "Characteristic Schools"

In this paper,literature study,expert interview,Delphi method,AHP method,mathematical statistics and other research methods were adopted to define the related concepts of policy executive power of the campus football. In accordance with the logical framework of "condition-way-result",based on scientific,comprehensive and feasible principles,an evaluation index system of campus football policy executive containing 4 first level indicators,9 secondary indexes,26 third level indicators and 64 fourth level indexes based on executive ability,executive resource,executive procedure and executive result were built to explain the specific indicators. Finally,AHP was used to determine the relative weight of each index,and the calculation method was described in detail.
