摘    要:基于体教融合时代发展的必然需求,运用文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法,阐述体育传统特色学校作为落实体教融合的重要抓手及其联动组织机制构建的现实诉求,构建体育传统特色学校协同发展联动组织机制,旨在实现协同联动、优势互补共赢的新格局,提升青少年体质健康和强化后备人才培养,推动体教融合的有效落实。其协同发展联动组织机制是在决策层、执行层和参与层的共同参与下,以教育部、国家体育总局为龙头,以各省市教育局、体育局为主导,以体育传统特色学校为承载,以体育传统特色学校师生为主体,进行体育传统特色学校的省(市)内联动和省(市)间的联动。在实践过程中,以联动政策为引导,以联动制度为规范约束,以联动资源为载体,共同保障联动机制的有效运行。

Abstract:The integration of sports and education takes the teenagers as centre. The traditional sports schools can promote the all-roundedness of the teenagers and further implement the integration of sports and education. Adopting literature study, expert interview and logic analysis, this paper expatiated on the integration of sports and education and the construction of collaborative organization mechanism of sports characteristic schools. The aims were to achieve coordination and mutual benefits, to improve the physical health of the teenagers, to promote the reserve personnel training and to promote the effective implementation of the integration of sports and education. The mechanism involved the decision-making level, the executive level and the participation level. The Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport were the guiders, the education bureaus and the sports bureaus of provinces and cities were the collaborators, sports traditional characteristic schools were the executors, and teachers and students of schools were the main bodies. In practice, The linkage operation forms of schools included within and between provinces. In practice, the mechanism should be jointly guaranteed through the guidance of the policy, the regulation of the integration system and mechanism.
