虚拟学习社区中知识共享的社会网络分析

文章通过社会网络分析方法对虚拟学习社区中的知识共享行为进行了解析,在"ASP.NET技术论坛"中选取了一个月的交互数据作为样本,分别从密度、社群图、中心性、小团体以及小世界效应等方面来分析虚拟学习社区的知识共享的社会网络结构,并从意见领袖、小团体建设、弱连接、吸引孤立者等角度对社区建设提出相应的策略,以促进网络结构优化,促进虚拟学习社区集体智慧发展。

Social Network Analysis of Knowledge Sharing in Virtual Learning Community

In this paper,the knowledge-sharing behavior of virtual learning community was investigated by means of social network analysis.In ＂ASP.NET＂ BBS,a month of interactive data was selected as the sample,and the social network structure of virtual learning community in the sample were analyzed by these factors of the density,the community map,centrality,small groups,small world effect respectively;In order to promote the network structural optimization and the development of collective intelligence,the corresponding strategy of community construction was provided by the different view points,including opinion leaders,construction of small groups,the weak link,attract the isolated,etc.
